Red Ridge RP is a strictly 18+ community. By using the services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Staff may request confirmation or remove access if eligibility requirements are not met.

Staff may issue warnings, kicks, suspensions, denials, or permanent bans for rule violations, exploit abuse, cheating, harassment, or behavior harmful to the community.
Staff decisions are made to preserve fairness, safety, and roleplay quality. Appeals may be handled through the Discord appeal process where offered.
Access is not guaranteed. Submission of an application does not create any right to acceptance, timeline, or ongoing access.
You agree to provide accurate information. False, misleading, or fraudulent submissions may result in denial or removal.
Applications may be reviewed by staff and linked to your Discord account for moderation and administration purposes.
You agree not to misuse the website, application system, Discord, or server infrastructure.

The community may rely on third-party services such as Discord, FiveM/cfx.re, hosting providers, and video platforms.
Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policies, or actions.
Services may change, pause, or shut down at any time, with or without notice.
We may modify the website, rules, applications, systems, and community features to maintain quality, security, or operations.
The site and community services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Ridge RP and its staff/owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the services, loss of access, moderation decisions, or service interruptions.
